Q. Do I bring my own food for my pet ?
A. You may bring your own choice of food for your pet or choose from the wide selection of foods that we have available. Our selection includes a variety of canned foods as well as dry product such as: Wellness Chicken, Pro-Plan Beef & Rice, and Natural Choice Lamb and Rice. We also have a complete kitchen to specially prepare any diet, per your instructions. In addition - for your pets health safety, we serve all meals in sanitized stainless steel dishes.

Q. What about bedding ?
A. You may bring your own, or let us provide a cotton mat for your pet.

Q. What else should I bring ?
A. We don't have any restrictions on what you may bring to the kennel, but ask that you understand that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items that you send along with your pet. Remember, your pet is on vacation, so treats are always welcome !

Q. What if medical concerns arise ?
A. We would take your pet to your vet. We request that you leave a number where we could reach you, as well as a local contact whom you would entrust with medical concerns.

Q. Will my pet receive any individual attention while boarding ?
A. Be assured that each boarder receives individual contact with our staff on a daily basis. In addition, we offer 15 minute play sessions which you may purchase. Since our policy is to never put strange dogs together, we are happy to offer one-on-one play in our 3,000 square foot fenced play yard. We have a wide variety of toys for your pet's enjoyment. Dogs from the same household may board and share play sessions together.
